Account and support information

If you create an account, we use your email address, username and sign-in information to create and secure it and help you recover access. If you contact support, we receive your email address and the details you include in your message.

Workout records and preferences

The app stores your exercises, sets, weights, reps, routines, plans and workout notes on your phone. It also stores measurements you enter and preferences such as language and units. Signing in does not automatically upload or sync your workout history to another phone.

Health and device information

If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, the app accesses the information covered by the permissions you grant. Compatible watch apps exchange workout information with your paired phone. Online services also receive information such as your IP address, device type and app version when you connect.

Coach conversations

When you use Coach, your messages and the profile, training or health information you allow it to use are sent to online services to prepare a response.

GymTracker uses information to:

• Save your workouts, show progress and remember your preferences.
• Create and secure your account and help you recover access.
• Respond to Coach questions using the information you choose to share.
• Process purchases, provide Premium access and show ads.
• Connect your phone with supported watches and health apps.
• Respond to support requests and investigate errors.

App usage analytics and crash reports help identify problems and improve the app. Creating an account does not back up your workouts online.

You can view and edit your profile and workout information in the app. To request access to personal information held by GymTracker, a correction or deletion, email support@gymtracker.world.

To delete your account, open your profile from Settings and choose Delete account. This also removes the account’s workout data from that device. If you cannot access the app, follow the email deletion instructions. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before completing a request.

Delete exported backup files separately from wherever you saved them. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

GymTracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information without the required consent, contact support@gymtracker.world so we can investigate and remove it.

Connecting Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android is optional. You choose which permissions to grant and can revoke them in your device settings. The information available to GymTracker differs by platform and permission.

Health information is used for the health and training features you choose. It is not used for advertising. If you allow Coach to use health information, relevant information is sent with your conversation to provide a response. You can choose not to share it with Coach.

Your workout history is stored on your phone. Removing app data or uninstalling the app can remove that history. Use Backup & Restore in Settings to export a password-protected backup before changing phones or deleting data you want to keep. Keep the file and password safe.

Personal information held by online services is kept for the purposes described in this policy. Account deletion removes associated account information; records that must be retained under applicable law may be kept as required.

GymTracker uses protections such as encrypted backups and restricted account access. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Protect your phone, account credentials and exported backup files.

We do not sell your personal information. GymTracker uses service providers to support online features. These include Firebase for account sign-in and app diagnostics, RevenueCat for subscription access, advertising services, hosting and exercise-video delivery, and online services that process Coach conversations. They process the information needed for the features you use.

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. GymTracker does not receive your full payment-card details.

The contact form on this website prepares an email draft. Your message is not submitted to or saved by the website; support receives it when you send the email. The website does not currently run a visitor analytics service. Links to app stores and other websites open services with their own privacy policies.

Use the password recovery option in the app if you cannot sign in. For other account problems, email support@gymtracker.world.

Recovering account access does not restore workout history from a lost phone. To restore that history, you need an exported backup and its password.

If the GDPR applies to your information, you may have the right to access it, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent.

To make a request, email support@gymtracker.world. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. The European Commission explains these data protection rights.

We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email.
