Terms of Service

GymTracker helps you plan workouts, record sets and track your progress. Features include routines, training plans, workout history, Strength Lab, Coach and connections to compatible watches and health apps.

Training estimates and suggestions are for information only. They are not medical, nutritional or professional coaching advice and do not guarantee a result. Choose exercises and weights that are appropriate for you.

Using the app without an account

You can log workouts, save routines and view your history without an account. Coach requires you to sign in.

Keeping your account secure

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Do not share your account or use someone else’s. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by emailing support@gymtracker.world. Deletion in the app also removes the workout data saved for that account on the device. See account deletion instructions for backup and subscription information.

Your workout history and routines are saved on your phone. Signing in does not sync them to another phone. Export a password-protected backup before switching devices, uninstalling the app or deleting data you want to keep.

An internet connection is required for Coach, purchases, sign-in and downloading new content. Watch and health features require compatible devices and, where applicable, your permission. Features may differ between iPhone and Android. Third-party services are also subject to their providers’ terms and availability.

Premium is an optional purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Check the purchase screen for the price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms and any available offers before subscribing.

Premium includes unlimited active routines and custom plans, detailed progress views, Strength Lab planning tools, a larger Coach message allowance and no ads. Some progress tools need a history of recorded workouts before they can show trends. Available features may vary by app version and platform.

Coach requires an account and internet. Free includes 100 messages a month and Premium includes 500, shared with other AI requests in the app. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month at midnight UTC; the app shows your remaining allowance. You choose which information Coach can use and confirm proposed changes before they are saved.

Cancelling a subscription stops its renewal. Premium access continues until the paid period ends. After expiry, you keep your workout history and saved active plan, but paid features are no longer available.

Manage cancellation and refund requests through the store used for the purchase. See the instructions for Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or your GymTracker account does not cancel a subscription.

Training safely

Physical training carries risks. You are responsible for choosing suitable exercises, equipment, weights and rest. Stop training and seek qualified help if you have an injury, symptom or health concern.

App availability and estimates

GymTracker is provided “as is” and “as available”. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, compatibility with every device or service, or any training result. Coach uses AI and may give inaccurate or incomplete answers. Check its suggestions before acting on them.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, GymTracker and its team are not responsible for injury, loss, service interruption, lost data or inaccurate estimates arising from use of the app. These terms do not exclude any responsibility or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Use GymTracker lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, interfere with the app, bypass access controls, reverse-engineer it or copy and redistribute protected content without permission.

We may change, suspend or end features or access when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, legal requirements or product changes. Where appropriate, we will notify you in the app or through your account contact details.

GymTracker’s software, design, branding and original content belong to GymTracker or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app while you follow these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the app or its content.

You keep your rights to the information and training plans you create. You allow GymTracker to use that information only as needed to provide the features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have permission to use.

We may update these terms as the app, services or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide notice in the app or by email where required.

Continuing to use GymTracker after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the app and cancel any subscription through your app store.
